Thorpe Park Queue Times

Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2025

Overview

ThorpeParkQueue.com ("this site", "we") is a static website that displays publicly available queue time data. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data.

Data we collect

Server logs

Like all websites, our hosting infrastructure (Amazon CloudFront and S3) automatically records standard access logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These logs are used only for diagnosing technical issues and are not shared with third parties.

Analytics (if enabled)

We may use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g. how many people visit per day, which pages are most popular). Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect your IP address. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Advertising

We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at google.com/settings/ads.

Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies ourselves. Third-party services (Google Analytics, Google AdSense) may set their own cookies. Consult Google's privacy policy for details on how they use cookie data.

Third-party data

Queue time data is sourced from ThemeParks.wiki. We do not control their data practices. Please refer to their privacy policy for details.

Your rights

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have rights under UK GDPR / GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect only standard server logs and do not associate them with identifiable individuals, we are generally unable to action individual requests. For advertising-related data held by Google, please contact Google directly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
