ThorpeParkQueue.com is an independent, one-person project that records Thorpe Park's queue times every two minutes and keeps the history. If something on the site is wrong, unclear, or you want to reuse our data, this is the place to tell us. There are no accounts and no newsletter — the form below simply sends your message to the person who runs the site.
What to get in touch about
- Corrections (prioritised). If a height limit, ride specification, opening time or any other fact is wrong or out of date, let us know. We check reports against the official source and fix confirmed errors directly on the page. See how we source and verify facts on our about page.
- Questions. Anything about how the queue data is collected, what a chart means, or how to plan a visit around the numbers.
- Data reuse. Our daily archive is free to reuse with attribution and a link back. If you are a journalist, researcher or student and need a specific slice of the data, ask and we will help where we can.
- Advertising and general enquiries. How the site is funded is explained on the about page; for anything not covered there, send a note.
We are not affiliated with Thorpe Park Resort or Merlin Entertainments Ltd, so we cannot help with bookings, refunds, lost property or ride availability on the day — those need Thorpe Park's own guest services. For live wait times, the home page is always the fastest answer.
